MANAGE YOUR PENSION ONLINE

Our new PensionLine website will give you secure access to personalised information about your Scheme benefits, whenever you need it:

You can check your personal details and request any changes.
You can check and update the beneficiaries you have named on your expression of wish form.
If you are an active or deferred member, you can see how much your Scheme pension could be.
If you are receiving a Scheme pension, you can look at and print out your pension payslips.
You can find answers to lots of questions.
You can get in touch with the Pension Service Centre without having to pick up the phone.

To help us keep your details secure, you need to register to use PensionLine. This is straightforward to do. We will send you details when the site is live.

IN THE PIPELINE

If you are approaching retirement, our online modeller will help you explore the different ways you could choose to receive your Scheme benefits and the amounts you could receive. Look out for more information on this.

TRUSTEES UPDATE:
INVESTMENT MARKETS

You will have likely seen that investment markets are experiencing lots of ups and downs at the moment in response to announcements of trade tariffs by the American Government. These market movements will have an impact on the value of your pension savings in the Defined Contribution Section of the Scheme. As Trustees of the Scheme, it is our responsibility to oversee your investments and ensure they are appropriately managed during this turbulent time. We are actively monitoring the situation and will take action if we think it is appropriate to do so. However, we want to emphasise that we maintain a clear long-term perspective and will avoid making short-term, rash changes – we encourage you to have a similar mindset if you are considering making changes to how your pension savings are invested.
